Franchisees at Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers receive every business tool they need to implement our nationally acclaimed, research-based curriculum. Part of the ongoing support Children’s Lighthouse provides is an annual convention where franchisees get to network with industry leaders and share best practices with the extended franchise family.
The early childhood education franchise also inspires franchisees to invest their very best efforts by recognizing a number of achievements. The 2018 awards were handed out at the recently concluded convention in Las Vegas. Two Creeks – David (Chip) and Amanda Palluch received the Golden Anchor award given to the franchisees who best maintain steady success and remain positive. West Cary’s Raja Davidarulappan was recognized as a Rising Star, given to the franchisee with consistently high enrollment numbers, surpassing the benchmarks that measure business success.
The Bright Star award, which recognized franchisees with the highest opening growth rate in the system during 2017 went to Oak Point’s Michael Carter and Julie Carter. John and Jessica Wilson of Canyon Lakes West, won Community Partner, a special honor given to franchisees in recognition of their superior services and commitment to the local community. The Beacon, Centers that Shine, went to Woodland Springs, Alta Vista.
Finally, Potranco Owners, Ken and Diane Kay, won Franchise of the Year. This special honor is given to a high-performing franchise team that demonstrates remarkable care and execution of early childhood education programs, a commitment to ongoing training and exceptional support for company growth.
Children’s Lighthouse is a beacon in early childhood education models and exceptional franchisees empower the truly impressive inroads the franchise has made.
