Local Entrepreneur to Open New Educational Childcare Center in Fulshear’s Cross Creek Ranch Community
FULSHEAR, Texas – Paving a path to academic success for young students, Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers announced today the opening of a new location in the Fulshear/Katy area. The address of the new center is 5740 FM 1463 in the Cross Creek Ranch community.
Set to open in December, the new center offers high-quality educational childcare that helps stimulate intellectual development in a safe, warm and welcoming environment designed to bring out the best in children.
“What children learn at a young age stays with them forever, which is why our new educational childcare center will have such an important influence on children and families throughout the community,” said Amanda Nguyen. “We are looking forward to being the guiding light that prepares younger generations for a bright future. I couldn’t be more excited to open our doors and begin making an impact.”
With four children of her own and a background as a pediatric nurse practitioner, local entrepreneur Amanda Nguyen opens the new Children’s Lighthouse Learning Center to provide children with a structured experience that is not available in traditional childcare centers. The new Children’s Lighthouse Cross Creek Ranch is the 28th to open in Texas and the 38th nationwide.
“Our growth is a direct reflection of the dedication we have to providing families with the highest quality educational childcare,” said Stephen Dixon, chief development officer for Fort Worth-based Children’s Lighthouse Franchise Company. “Our franchisees want to build a business they can feel good about…and through our centers, they can be confident they are making a positive impact on their community.”
Spanning over 11,000 square feet on nearly 1.5 acres of land, the new center has 10 individual classrooms, age-appropriate covered play areas and a splash pad. Also included is an on-site kitchen that provides students with fresh, healthy meals daily. The center is technologically advanced, featuring iPads, a giant educational tablet and a classroom management software that keeps parents up to speed with their child’s progress.
The school also features security code-controlled door locking and computerized check-in and classroom surveillance, ensuring parents have peace of mind when dropping their child off. And, with Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers’ Internet classroom video monitoring system, parents can even watch their children from the comfort of their own home or while at work.
Children’s Lighthouse Learning Centers’ mission is to promote positive development of young children in all areas of growth including social, emotional, intellectual, physical and creative development. The centers use and follow an award winning and respected curriculum, which is built on a foundation of academic excellence and character values training.
