Children’s Lighthouse Recognizes and Celebrates Outstanding Educators

Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers believes that the success of children is highly dependent on the quality of the early childhood educationthey receive. The educational childcare franchise launched a Facebook contest to recognize its extraordinary educators as part of National Teacher Appreciation Week, May 7-11.

As part of the contest, parents were invited to share what they loved about their child’s educator. Children’s Lighthouse received an impressive 260 entries from 19 locations. One winner was selected from each.

The teachers were touched by the appreciation. “I’m passionate about teaching children and helping them to grow in all aspects of their lives,” says Ms. LaWanda, the winner from the Canyon Lakes West school. “Ms. LaWanda is the teacher I hope every kid has at least once in their lifetime,” a parent wrote about the educator. “She loves each kid as her own and shows them that every day. My son tells me each weekend that he misses her and he’s so excited to go to school.”

It is exactly this kind of dedication to children’s whole selves that has made Children’s Lighthouse a standout in early childhood education. The educational franchise has developed a technology-driven curriculum that helps children blossom into their fullest potential while receiving the highest standards of care.

Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers regularly recognizes exemplary educators as the cornerstone of their mission. Through 48 locations, the early childhood educationfranchise family sets high standards for professionals, which is reflected in the high praise they receive

“I’m proud to work at Children’s Lighthouse, and all my fellow teachers here have the same desire to help children be their best,” Ms. LaWanda says, “We take pride in making Children’s Lighthouse a great place for children to learn and develop to better prepare them for their futures.”

Children’s Lighthouse Franchisee Discusses Entrepreneurial Journey

The Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers℠ franchise model has many benefits, including the opportunity to work with some of the most experienced entrepreneurs and franchise professionals in the business.

Recently, a Childrens Lighthouse Learning Centers℠ franchisee was profiled in the Round Rock Leader to talk about her journey to entrepreneurship. Round Rock local Richa Lawania decided to open a Children’s Lighthouse after her search for quality educational child care in her area resulted in frustration and disappointment. She’s experienced great satisfaction in knowing that she’s providing child care services that are a step above the competition, both in quality of care and education.

“They have their own curriculum called “Lighthouse C.A.R.E.S.℠” that is a character-values based curriculum,” Lawania said in the article. “We will focus on one character value every month. We want students to learn more than just the ABCs, English, math and science, but to be a good human being as well.”

This is just one example of the influence that Children’s Lighthouse franchise owners can have on the entrepreneurial and educational landscape of their communities.
